Option to load contract template contracts

Tropicana Inn & Suites and Camelot Inn & Suites would like to see this feature as well. Their legacy PMS had this feature and it helped their sales team tremendously.

Cobblestone Properties have also voiced their request to be able to have contracts be sent to Groups directly via Stayntouch or the capabilities to attach a template contract when sending a Group Confirmation.
In addition, would prefer to be able to customize the layout/text /details of the Group Confirmation. Example, only displaying single , double versus description of Roo Type or it can be abbreviated to t K, QQ.
Blackcomb Springs Suites (Clique) would also like to see this functionality.
Is there a way to load a template contract to Stay N Touch. This would help us tremendously to create the group along with the contract at the same time. Is this an option? Thank you in advance!!
