Option to load contract template contracts
Tropicana Inn & Suites and Camelot Inn & Suites would like to see this feature as well. Their legacy PMS had this feature and it helped their sales team tremendously.
Cobblestone Properties have also voiced their request to be able to have contracts be sent to Groups directly via Stayntouch or the capabilities to attach a template contract when sending a Group Confirmation.
In addition, would prefer to be able to customize the layout/text /details of the Group Confirmation. Example, only displaying single , double versus description of Roo Type or it can be abbreviated to t K, QQ.
Blackcomb Springs Suites (Clique) would also like to see this functionality.
Cobblestone HOtels (in addition to Victor's note) would also like to see the 'Tax Excluded' and overall 'revenue generated' portions of the existing contract removed. This causes confussions, especially when the group is just holding rooms for an event where guest will call in and book their own room.
Is there a way to load a template contract to Stay N Touch. This would help us tremendously to create the group along with the contract at the same time. Is this an option? Thank you in advance!!
