Very frustrating indeed. It feels like an April Fools joke every time it happens.
Better yet, give me the option to set my account to never auto-log me out. Thanks:)
Dear all, luckily the issue above has been implemented already, however the typed in password cannot be confirmed by an "Enter" on the keyboard as everybody is used to. To log in again a click on the button "Continue session" is needed - can this be changed too?

Is would be nice if when you time out and are logged out by StayNTouch, if it were to either bring you to the log in screen when it times out or to give you some sort of alert so that you are aware that you need to log back in. Part of the frustration is that it is not clear that we have been logged out and it will look as though we are still logged in, so we will search for a reservation or go to create a report or do some other function in SNT, then it will take us to the log in screen after we have attempted to do something else. It wastes time and makes it possible for us to lose information while a guest is standing in front of you waiting for your help. If you are forced to log out, it should be pretty simple to send you to the log out screen at the time of the log out, not waiting to do so until after you have given the system a command that it seems it will react on, only to be logged out instead.
