There is an issue with the mapping of "IDs" between Cubilis and SNT. There is an example in the attachment. .
Under StayCard/External References, SNT correctly displays the number 27029942 correctly under "CUBILIS".
However, under "CUBILIS (Unknown)”, only the number 814 is displayed, even though Cubilis has the full number 7776756A_814.
The request is to add the missing part.
For reasons of invoicing, the hotel needs the full voucher code i.e. set of characters (preceding and following the underscore). Currently this number has to be entered manually in SNT, which is tedious and error-prone.
In the attachment you will find a print screen of Cubilis, of SNT and of the (internal) Cubilis message.
