We need a deposit report that can be sent out to all deposits failed. Also, we need to be able to export the files. currently, we can't do either. We need to have the report with a market segment filter or rate code to exclude OTA pay type of reservations. We would also need a report to be filtered by room type. The current set up does not allow for a room type to have a deposit and cancellation policy applied to the room that will override any rate type. OUr CRS / SynXis has this ability but we are not collecting deposits. the reporting for this basic function of operations is lacking greatly.
