we would like to hide rates, but in a way that a room can still be booked using the rate code.
Example: I click on find rooms and rates - only 3 rates are visible (the ones which should be used by front office if someone asks for the price of a room for a specific date). (bar rate, nonrefundable rate, or similar) But: I need to be able to book the other rates as well, if I know the rate code (e.g. complimentary).
Currently, I can hide other rates by using the rate sequence, but if I do not include e.g. the complimentary rate in the rate sequence, I cannot book it.
Also, there could be improvements for corporate rates: - create one rate code and add this rate code to more company profiles - use one rate code for more than one company profile (e.g. Siemens Rate Code for many profiles) - option whether to create a new rate code with contract or use an existing one - option to book a room with a corporate rate code with any company profile without adding it first as a contract
And - which would be a really really great help for our sales department: - Master Accounts - with reports and statistics for master accounts
