Out of Order/Out of service - return status
I am also needing that function. It should return into dirty status
We had that issue as well and found a solution using pickup status - when you put a room out of order put it in pick up status. Then when it returns, it will print as a pickup room and your exec can check the room before assigning rooms. This was the best work around - we were checking people into dirty rooms that were in as inspected and it was because the rooms were returning as inspected. This procedure we implemented has prevented that from happening.

No - you place the room in "Pick-Up" status as opposed to Dirty or Inspected and then you place the room OOO
When the room returns to inventory, it will return in "Pick-Up" status so your team knows that it was an off OOO room and needs to be checked or cleaned.

Dear SNT team,
a room which is out of order or out of service should not return clean. It would be great to either have a drop down menu to choose whether the room is dirty or clean afterwards, or always dirty, so someone needs to check it and change it to clean before a guest can check in.
