I would love to have a toggle that allowed me to suppress the rate on and off. For example, I could have it OFF when I send confirmation + invoices to a travel agent and then, later, I could have it ON when the guest checks in and is sent their survey/automated invoice/etc.
This would also make it easier to suppress rates for guests who might be staying with us as a gift from someone else or any other situation where the guest is not directly paying for the room themselves.
