I asked them for feature to be able to Look at guests who book direct and offer them high speed internet for free.
They told me the problem is on the StayNTouch side. You do not open any information up that would allow them to see who books direct or not.
They can read the Guest Name and Room Number with no issue.
Basically i want integration features even to the Phone that would allow us to say - GIVE THIS GUEST FREE INTERNET, FREE PHONE, etc. It would help with competing against the OTA's.
