I need a report that shows detailed transactions from all users, for all guests, for any given date range. The Daily Transaction report just shows a summary for each category and I need a report that breaks down each transaction made during a specified time period, which guest the transaction belonged to, and which user was logged in during the transaction.
Two years ago, my hotel was audited by the IRS and we had to provide detailed transaction information for 2 years of revenue. If the audit had occurred today, this would be an absolute nightmare to work on in StayNTouch.
