Add option to voluntarily/force guest phone number during Zest Station Check in

This option will help the hotel team gather additional details to communicate with guests for either marketing or CRM systems.

This request is coming from the Santa Fe Sage Inn.

We would like to request this feature as well. It's unfortunate that the kiosk doesn't force a guest to enter a phone number.

We now offer functionality to collect "additional guest details" - you will have to work with our support team to enable this for your property for what guest card/profile details you want to collect (i.e. First Name, Last Name, Email, Mobile Phone, etc.) and what details are mandatory or not mandatory to be provided for all adult guests.
