Having opened the property just over a month ago, challenges have been many, as many have been the learning opportunities; one thing that, along with the Housekeeping Team, we haven't yet set our heads around is how to pull a report of the rooms/guests that already have checked out on the same day. Such report, would be useful for Housekeeping to promptly start cleaning a room over another, rather than wait until the schedule check-out time or chancing it knocking on a door where a guest might still be resting behind.
We might have not yet found such tool, but if not yet in the system, it would be a very handy extra to have.
