room credits

To whom may concern 

My team and I have brought up some issues for stayntouch:

Currently stayntouch task management counting stayover and linen change as 2 room credits which we asked Ian stayntouch to combine as 1 room credit.(Pending) The rooms were cleaned and checked in by day use guest and checkout later part of the day remain in cabin crew worksheet which we have to drag out to unassign rooms column. In order for us to assign.(Pending) We brought up to  Ian from stayntouch  to create a filter for day use and overnight guest with the indicator of total rooms for my team to assign. (Pending)

Previously he did was to create day use cleaning which will indicate 1 room credit to the task assignment and make the task assignment worksheet even more unorganised and there will several duplicate room numbers and room credits. 

We are looking forward for rectification and solutions to all these matters.  This is all in task management worksheet.  You may wants to look at it.  Thank you.
