We would like to see the maintenance functionality increase. Currently, there's the ability to assign tasks to maintenance but there's not one specific section for the maintenance guy to see all tasks at hand. In the interim, we've created a Maintenance Request group (see attached) and we put them all in the action section of the group. We've trained our maintenance director to look here for outstanding requests, but we'd like to see a Maintenance tab on the left that holds all ongoing requests with the ability to send emails of new items. We found that there's no way to notify our maintenance rep if he's offsite.
