THIS IS A MUST future for any PMS.
Brass Key Guesthouse would also like to see this feature - they had a function in their legacy PMS for this that they used regularly.
Blackcomb Springs Suites (Clique) would also like to see this. They had it in their legacy PMS. One option would be to assign an action to a specific person - and show on dashboard when they login.
Blackstone Mountain Lodge would like this feature as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There should be a feature for internal messaging between users. As a hotel manager, I have no way to communicate with my staff (other than email) and no way of knowing if they read the message or not. It should be a feature similar to the "release notes" from StayNTouch agents.
