Allow Notes to be Attached to ROOMS
Yes we really want this too to be able to track changes to room or maintenance notes etc (especially now that we can no longer use OOS or OOO to mark rooms for maintenance, because now we can no longer check in guests into rooms with OOS and OOO, which is a bit annoying).
Cobblestone in Mosinee would also like to be able to view the notes on the "Room Details Log" page located in each room's "Room Status" page. When we leave comments/notes when we take a room OOO/OOS, these notes do appear on the OOO/OOS report, but they do not appear on this Log page. If this Log page could also detail when there was an Action placed on this room too, that would be extremely helpful. Essentially, we want a written record of any notes placed on any given room.

We would like to be able to Add Notes to Rooms - We were using this option with our past PMS for cases such as:
A Particular room has been left as a Twin Bedded setup - Facilitates the Night Shift team to allocate this room in case a last-minute arrival with this request.
- Add a Maintenance Note that is not urgent to keep the room out of order but good for anyone who is allocating that room to know ( i.e Mini Bar not cooling enough, Safe out of order, etc..
