Confirmation Emails

Hi there


  • We have discovered check-in and check-out times are not pulling into SNT confirmation emails. 
  •  All hotels in SNT are affected. 
  •  Guests are  complaining and think there is a booking error. 

Please can we have this added to the emails.
This is quite urgent.

How do I go about getting check-in and check-out times added to the confirmation emails? 

 

Priya has asked me to complete a form and submit via a portal, are you happy for me to do this?
