Hi, we have outsourced housekeeping department. We really need to be able to make access for them to the system showing only arrivals, departures, stayovers and linen change, for today and into the future. Today the housekeeping access is ways to extensive, showing customers, revenues and more irrelevant information for the housekeeping company.
I'm the meantime it would be great to have a report showing only arrivals, departures, stayovers and linen change on a daily basis into the future. It does not exist at the moment. We always have to put the forecast to excel, delete the irrelevant information and deduct the amount of arrivals from inhouse guests
