Fruadulent Credit Cards

Would like to know if  StaNTouch has a fix to implement or a system/software that would recognize invalid credit cards during reservation process. We have way too many no shows or cancellations that we can’t collect a fee

Most payment processors now (Stayntouch Payments and Shift4, to name two of the more popular ones) confirm the credit card is valid (not necessarily that it has enough available credit at the time of booking, but that it is a valid credit card) when it is manually entered in the PMS. If you are still struggling with this, we suggest reaching out to your booking engine provider / payment processor for more information on how this could be avoided / best practices.
