Hi Parker!
The Arrivals report now has an option to show routing information (billing routes) - here is information on how: https://stayntouch.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/24000088774-stayntouch-pms-release-notes-v5-76-#Routing-Information-Added-To-Arrival,-Departure,-&-In-House-Guests-Reports
The report also shows the rate name/translation of the rate code booked by the guest.

We would like to add additional information to be displayed on our Arrivals Detailed Report: Billing Information (Billing Routes that have been created) and Rate Codes. Thank you!
