Reservation Dates on Cancellation email

Would it be possible to add the arrival and departure date on the cancellation email. We have instances where guests have made multiple reservations and cancellations. It helps the guest to see which one of the reservations were cancelled. We had this issue with a guest at the Orchard Garden Hotel- res number 123478. Robyn K Bateman. Guest had 3 reservations, one active and 2 cancelled. He was not sure for which reservation he was receiving the cancellation email .
