Make Balance Transfers Simpler

This is exactly what I need but I also need the ability to transfer a balance to a house account.

Have you tried splitting the payment so that there is a value equal to the balance that you can easily transfer to a house account (or other reservation)?
Can you elaborate? What we are doing is if someone cancels within our cancelation period but for some reason out of their control, we are offering to move that balance to the house account and put it on a gift card as an alternative option.
Also, nice to talk to Julia. I want to pick your brain on the best way to fix something. They changed our resort fee again and the new set up does not work as smoothly as the tax you set up.

It would be helpful if the balance transfer function would actually transfer balances between two reservations, or a reservation and an account. Right now, it's a 2-step process posting a positive amount on one and a negative amount on the other. Ideally, you put in the amount and where to transfer the balance (ex. a reservation #), and when clicking submit the balance transfer happens immediately on both accounts/reservations.
