As part of Windsurfer’s® ongoing system maintenance efforts, they will be performing planned Windsurfer® CRS updates on March 21, 2019. This maintenance window is expected to last from 12:00am to 12:59am EST.
During this time, applications may be unavailable for up to 60 minutes and/or may experience slowed response times. Please note, Windsurfer® has taken every measure to minimize the impact on your business.
Module/Impact:
Windsurfer® CRS Application: Users will not be able to login during the restart interval and may be kicked out of the application, requiring the user to log back in.
Windsurfer® Booking Engine: The Booking Engine will be unavailable, and guests will be able to try again after the initial restart interval.
Windsurfer® CRO Voice: Will be unavailable to all agents/users during the restart interval.
PMS Integrations: The service will experience a slowness during the restart interval; however, it will recover automatically.
Windsurfer® CRO Voice: Will be unavailable to all agents/users during the restart interval.
PMS Integrations: The service will experience a slowness during the restart interval; however, it will recover automatically.
IDS-API: The service will experience slowness during the restart interval; however, it will recover automatically.
OTAs: The service will experience slowness, and some reservations may result in email or fax backup; however, it will recover; retry bookings as necessary during this event.
GDS: Connectivity requests will resume after the initial restart interval.
