Stop Automatic Confirmation Emails

Hello, 


After picking the rate and room type the confirmation email automatically sends to the guest. We don't want the confirmation email to be sent to the guests until  the reservation is completely finished being made. For example, after all of the rates and room types have been adjusted. 


When the confirmation automatically sends it causes confusion to the guest getting the wrong rates and or room types because it sends the initial reservation confirmation and the adjusted one but the guest only needs one confirmation.
