Room Type Availability Report
@ Product Management, is there any updates on whether the option above is something in the pipeline OR if there is an alternative solution? Please update CSM Richard Lujan to communicate to client if there are any plans. Is there any options with the new Business reporting tool that will allow hotels to run room type availability reports?
I apologize, perhaps something I should have mentioned, is I feel a CSV option in addition to the Print option on the Availability Screen could be a solution.
I agree that there needs to be an Excel option for the Availability screen so that this data can be pulled into reports. I was just looking for this exact thing myself. Thanks.

Davidson / Pivot would like to see this functionality for Wave Resort and Bunaglow Hotel. They would like the ability to download to Excel/csv the detailed availability for the next 365 days. This is imperative for revenue management work.
It is important that it is not just the current availability screen for 7/14/30 days however as they are looking to be able to see this data for the next 365 days.
Imran is also looking for this functionality for Twenty Nevern Square Hotel. Specifically to be able to have the room type availability in Excel format.

Hello,
Every two weeks we like to review Room Type availability to Close Out particular Room Types from our Wholesale partners. We like to check this from the Current date until March of 2020 because that's when we have accounts signed until.
Currently, the only way we can accomplish this task is pulling up two weeks of availability and copying and pasting the data onto an excel sheet and repeating until we have all the necessary data going through March 2020.
Is there a more efficient way of capturing this data?
Something similar to the attached file?
