ADR on Dashboard

Please consider updating the calculation for the ADR under the statistics section on the Dashboard to match the ADR calculation on the reports, such as Business on the Books, Comparison, Demographics...

Currently the value returned on the dashboard is the sum of the daily rate (including inclusive add-ons), divided by the number of rooms.

Business on the books (etc) removes the add ons and the taxes, and it just the room revenue portion - which is traditionally how ADR is calculated.

I agree the ADR on the dashboard needs to be the Net ADR excluding the add-ons and taxes

We need the dashboard information to tie out to the room revenues as it is calculated in all reports. You cannot tie anything out when reviewing the dashboard and the reports.
