Group prompt when overbooking

Hi Claire,
Just wanted to let you know that this comes up even if the change that you made in the block, isnt the reason to an over booking.
It also comes up when you add a date to a group block and choose "no"when Rover ask's if I would like extend reservations to new dates.

When adding inventory to the room block details, if the rooms being requested to be blocked will result in a hotel overbooking) We get a prompt that the Room Block exceeds Room Type or House availability.
If the user does not have permission to overbook the room type or the house, the below prompt displays, and the changes to the room block details are not saved. (This is good.)
If the user DOES have permission to overbook the room type or the house, the same prompt appears "Room Block exceeds Room Type or House Availability" - however there is only an OK button. The user should be given a CHOICE at this stage - do they want to continue with overbooking, or no to revert the changes.
