Alerts Within Reservations

While there is the "note" feature on every reservation, it would be a nice addition to have an alert that a user has to click out of (therefore having to read the alert) once in a reservation. This would be helpful for challenging guests, guests that require specific needs at check-in, or when guests have spoken with multiple employees about the same issue. Opera and OnQ both have this feature, and it seems to significantly help ensure everyone has all needed information about a specific guest or reservation.
