Agreed- we have to have notes pop-up to FD agents. Otherwise they have no idea what to give the guest for packages etc. Notes on VIPs, special requests. Room Requests- the list goes on and on.

The reason I am reiterating this, is because the one I was following noe says "DO NOT USE" so this is to say WE NEED NOTES TO AUTO POP UP WHEN CHECKING IN A GUEST!!!! This is vital to a large check in. Please make this happen
