Detailed reservation report/export

I'd like a report that can serve as basically a data dump for reservation information. Would need to have:


  • all customer info (name, phone, email, etc.)
  • reservation creation date
  • arrival & departure dates
  • source channel
  • base amount
  • any add-ons
  • tax
  • total
  • payment method
basically just as much info as possible for every reservation in a specified date range. some basic filters to include/exclude cancellations, etc. would be helpful.

then the critical ability to export this to csv so that it can be manipulated in excel/google sheets/etc. for more advanced analysis. creating charts/graphs and pivot tables using this kind of data source could be very powerful for understanding how your business is performing/trending over time, looking at performance from different perspectives, etc.

Hello Reed - this already exists in the Reports & Exports.  


If you to to the Exports you can then go to Schedule an export (it can be done daily, weekly, monthly once) for the Future Reservations

set it to send to your email and you have the data you are looking for.

that's helpful but it does not allow export of historical reservation data which is what i really want... it's interesting to look at this data in the future but, since that picture will be constantly changing, it will not reflect last minute reservations, etc.

but this only works for future reservations.. i need this data for past reservations.

Reed - the Past Reservations gives you similar data for past time frames

ah thanks. that report has almost everything i'm looking for with the critical exception of taxes paid on each reservation. we have to pay county tax each quarter so being able to split this out is important for us (airbnb pays taxes directly on our behalf so we have to segment those reservations apart from all of the rest).
