Option to send confirmation email to SOME group guests

The current feature in SNT blocks emails from being sent to Group guests. The majority of the time, this is exactly what we are looking for. However, there are groups whose guests call in to book and pay for their say individually. For these circumstances, it would be nice to have an option in SNT to be able to send an email to certain guests by pressing a button. But not to send to all guests in groups.
