Action automatic on rate plan

Would be great to be able to attach an automatic Action to a specific rate code. For example, if you had a package that included a bottle of wine room drop. You could add the automatic action attached to the rate code for the appropriate department to action prior to the guest checking in. At the moment, our property is adding these manually for different packages we offer and it is time consuming.

We would like to place a fixed/automatic action on all reservations made via Hotel Tonight. Would this be possible? and if yes how?

Is this for ALL Conscious Hotels and ALL Reservations?
We want this to be able for all hotels and all rates, but in this specific situation we would like all reservations of Hotel Tonight to have an action of not showing the rates to the guest for example.
Is it is regards to closing rates or in regards to an event of some type? I am unsure of what it is you need for the 'action'.
No not closing. More To inform the front desk about the way to handle this type of booking.
Is this 'action' just for tonight?

Unfortunately we do not have 'actions' designed to do just that, at this time.
As you probably have seen, you can set an action to a particular department (which that list is limited as well), guests, but not to set it up for bulk reservations or groups or TA's at this time.
You could use the link at the bottom of the email, and submit a 'feature request'. It is not a guarantee that the request will be completed, but it will be considered by the DEV Team.
