It would be nice if I could chose not to show the rate when sending the confirmation to the guest from this window:

Hi Pernille,

We have Suppress Rate functionality which needs to be set on the rate level. When rate is set to SR, it won't print on any of the guest facing stationary. To set it to not print on this screen is currently not available, but we will keep it here on our ideas forum for future review.

I know we can change this with the rate, but it would be nice to have a toggle instead. Sometimes we want to send to a travel agent a confirmation, but then also a guest. It's tough to send travel agencies a suppressed rate since they want to see the breakdown.

Any update on if we can change this to some kind of toggle, instead of having to make a whole rate suppressed? We want the ability to send the confirmation for the same reservation with pricing to some and without pricing to others.

Hello! For non-suppressed rates, there is a checkbox labeled "DON'T PRINT RATE" on the Bill & Charges screen. When selected, this will not send the rates in the confirmation email.
