This seems a good idea. Another customer has asked about similar feature where they can communicate with housekeeping and/or maintenance departments about an action/ task that can linked to a room without putting the room in out of service or out of order.
Example: Replace light bulb in a room.

We're currently using the Out of Service feature to track Maintenance tickets. Creating an additional mobile/web friendly log where we can track issues in the hotel and their completion would be extremely helpful.
