Adding further information to housekeeping work sheets

Hi Team,
Is it possible to add more information to the housekeeping work sheets? For example, if there is a letter P, it can signify that there is a plant to clean, or E for engineering room? Just something we can add against the room in the work sheets to make it easier to remind the housekeeping team of certain peculiarities per room.
