Freehand LA - VIP Codes, Loyalty COdes

We would love for there to be five more loyalty codes available for us here at Freehand LA. As of now there is 4; GR, RG, VIP and SPC. If we could add; SYD, OWN, LOS, OCC, F&F. This would greatly help us identify what type of VIP they are. 

Also, once they are VIP'd in our system and the loyalty added can we please add this code to their reservation when we run reports. This was when we produce an arrival report or VIP report we can more accurately analyze how many SPC or RG VIPs we have.
