OOO/OOS Rooms - Return Status

Add ability allowing user to select the return status of rooms when returning to inventory after being placed ooo or oos. Often times our rooms that have been placed ooo are returning as inspected when in-fact they are dirty.

OOO rooms should by default return to service as dirty!!!!!!

I think all the rooms coming from the OOO status should return as dirty. Sometimes as human being there can be mistakes as taking the rooms to OOO status as inspected.
