Good day, I have been locked out of my account as I entered the password incorrectly (first day back and can not remember the pass word).

someone else has used my log in at the Hotel and my account is locked. I have received the reset code but it will not let me reset it.

Unfortunately we can't - by law - unlock once locked. Looks like you have an incorrect balance, in which case we can ask our support team if there is something they can correct. I will convert this request to a support ticket and our customer support will get in touch.
