Pop Up Message when attempting to refund a CC without a Charge

This is another case of the phantom refund where we are allowed to refund a card that has not been charged (Visa).  Yes this is an agent error, but we cannot charge the guest card to balance since the refund will not process in the first place.  Please write in a stop gap for this.  "Are you sure you want to process a refund for a card not charged?"  

Please look at reservation 100926.

I would also like to see a pop up reminder for taking cash.  We have so many agents who "intend" to process a credit card, but it is actually set to "cash payment" (which is seems to be the default).  Maybe it could say "Are you sure you want to process a cash payment?" or "Please be sure to properly submit the cash received."
