In the StayNTouch Confirmation letter Add-on details do no show. When added to the Average Daily Rate amount, guests are not aware of how the rate is being increased by the Add-On amount.
What should change?
Show the Average Daily Rate amount without the Add-On.
Show the breakdown of the Add-on amount and how many times it will post on a separate line.
Add all charges, taxes, and fees only in the Amount Due field.
