Turnaway / aborted reservations functionality

create an option when aborting a reservation call. For example:  FD agent starts making a reservation, but ends up not confirming, a drop down would pop up asking the reason why they are aborting the reservation process.  The choices would be: Rate to high, guests just checking rates and availability, no availability, stay dates did not meet minimum requirements, and test reservation.  Then we would need to be able to pull a report that shows these denials verses the number of successful booking made by the agents.

I can't really provide a screen shot. But most PMS will give you an option when you are turning away a reservation. Example: calling for an inquirer, Rate to high, Guest checking rates, no availability. etc. I hope this makes sense.

As part of Revenue Management it's import to track lost business. We would like to see a denial/ aborted reservation function.

As Claire mentioned "FD agent starts making a reservation but ends up not confirming, a drop down would pop up asking the reason why they are aborting the reservation process. "  If we could pre-program the reasons, that would be great.
