Dear Customer : This email is a follow-up to the notification dated 10/31/18 of our upcoming migration from Rackspace to Amazon Web Services (AWS). We would like to further elaborate on the maintenance schedule occurring in the next two weeks. As we mentioned earlier, in an effort to facilitate the migration to AWS, our systems will undergo scheduled maintenance from 11/11 until 11/16. We should reiterate that as part of this maintenance, we will have 30-60 minutes of scheduled system-wide downtime on Monday, November 12, from 11:45 pm to 12:45 am. We will provide more information on how to prepare for this downtime in future communications. Please find a detailed account of our maintenance schedule in the table below.
