We also need to be able to change a rate code from a fixed rate to a dynamic rate and vice versa. I have an account that is moving from a fixed rate to a dynamic rate and I now have to create a new rate code.
We also need to be able to adjust the dynamic price from 10% to 15% for example after it is first built year by year.

We need to be able to build additional contracts for negotiated rates for future years without changing the rate code. Our rate names and rate codes do not change year over year. This will allow us to increase our negotiated rates year over year.
