Synch guest cards between different hotels for multi-property

any news on this ?
Hello All,
This feature is going into pilot release next week and once tested successfully will go to general release soonest. Please note that in Multi-property it will not be possible to select the card to be available in some hotels but not others. Once merged, it will be merged for all hotels.
However, we will of course check for active reservation, commission, AR records across all properties.

Hello,
As our group is going to use SNT in all its hotels by next year, we would need that our database could be shared by all the hotels. The most important is the guests profiles, we need to be able to merge them (first in our own hotel, then from a hotel to another).
At the moment, everytime a guest makes a booking through an OTA, a new profile is created by SNT and we can't merge it with his other profiles that are already in our system.
