Add an indicator area to the rooms list when they pop up for assignment. This would alert the front desk clerk to assign other rooms before the last sell rooms - update for last sell rooms through the housekeeping room status . this would be useful to make sure the desk is selling rooms in a certain area of the hotel etc. based on events or away from where work is being completed. This eliminates the need to place out of service or even out of order - Example attached
Last Sell rooms is definitely a needed feature. Every PMS I've worked on before has had an option to place an indicator on undesirable rooms to be "Last Sell" or "Rent Last."
