Hi, when creating a group you are obligated to enter the demographics. That is good! But when Rover then creates an account for the same group the demographics does not follow. In accounts we are not obligated to enter this witch creates a lot of problems for us. Rover exports this to PMI but with MANY undefined reservations. This has to do with the fact that in most of the accounts the hotels are NOT putting in the demographics (since we already put that into the Group Master)
I will send out an email to all Tribe Hotels that they have to check this ASAP but could you please see if you could fix so that the demographics will follow from Group reservation to the account.
