Tax Exempt Description/Charge Code

Hi Johnathan,
While it cannot post to a different charge code, you can certainly add a translation field within that charge code and name it something more generic like "Room Charge" - this will make it so that the guest sees "Room Charge" (or whatever you enter as the translation) instead of "Room Taxable" - but, as a note, since tax exempt reservations post on that charge code as well, it may make more sense for your accounting team to change the label as a whole so that it does not confuse them either.

When Tax Exempt is toggled on in the reservation the description that prints is Room Taxable - it confuses the guests. If possible have that read exempt and post to a tax exempt charge code.
