Windsurfer and Cubilis Reservations not downloaded

For 9 hours, starting at 12:00 AM EST, we experienced issues with reservations downloading to Rover from Windsurfer and Cubilis.


These reservations will not be resent automatically.  Instead, you will need to resend reservations from your CRS. 


For Cubilis clients, we have requested their support resend the reservations but encourage you to audit looking for missing PMS IDs in the CRS. 


For Windsurfer clients, please refer to this article for guidance on how to resend the reservations.


We apologize for this frustration and are working to identify the root cause of this bug.

StayNTouch's applications and platform vendor, Rackspace, has identified an intermittent performance issue with their systems and is working to resolve it. The above-reported issues were a result of this. Rackspace will update us shortly with the timeframe within which they will be performing the steps needed to correct the performance issue. The maintenance window will be notified via the StayNTouch status page and announcement portal.
