Create suppress rate toggle on Group Reservation details page

Hello,
We have requests from some groups to suppress the rate from time to time. Currently, it's not possible on the group reservations screen, the work around is I have to create a separate rate for that group, and then attach it to the group booking.
An easier solution for the hotels would be to simply switch the toggle to suppress or not on the group details page.
