Force address, phone number, email address
Hi Peter,
Thank you for using the Forum.
We prefer to remind the agent to enter the email, phone and mobile when they check in a guest rather than forcing it, but we do show a pop up to make it easy to remember. This can be turned on in the settings, I don't know if you are currently using this?

A little hidden probably - admittedly!
Here you go: In Hotel Admin -> Reservations -> Reservation Settings if you scroll down you see a whole lot of check boxes. There is one which is called 'Disable Phone / Email Dialogue' see whether this is checked in your setup and uncheck it to see the pop up in the future. Let me know if you are having any trouble.

We have the check-in pop-up configured but would like to see this extended to include address rather than only phone & email.
We would also like to see an option in the settings to force the email and phone number. Many times our reservationists are in a hurry and leave this field blank which can't happen when we have contactless communication available.

Give an option in the settings to force the getting the Address, Phone numbers and email address for the guest stay card.
A lot of Agents simply rush by the screen when checking a guest in.
